Gas Fall Tune-Up
- check for proper air to fuel ratio
- check safety sensors
- check for gas leaks with system both running and shut off
- clean out burners and heat exchangers
- check pilot assembly for worn or pitted sensors
- check for carbon monoxide leaks.
Heat Pump Fall Tune-Up
- check defrost control board operation
- check all electrical connections
- check amp draws on compressor and outside fan motor
- check start up of emergency heat
- check for proper amp draw on heat strips
- check all electrical connections
- check proper breaker size and function
Spring Tune-Up
- check proper superheat or subcooling
- check all electrical connections
- check amp draws on compressor and fan motors
- check capacitors for weakness or leakage
- check evaporator for cleanliness
- blow out drain line and proper flow
